Case 01 · Web Platform · B2B
Enterprise-Grade Industrial Equipment Website
A scalable B2B platform for a major industrial equipment supplier — built to eliminate manual processes, integrate with existing ERP/CRM systems, and turn a static brochure site into a sales engine.
The challenge
A complex product catalog with no digital backbone
SFT Industrial's existing website was a static brochure — it listed products but couldn't support the sales team's workflow. Every proposal had to be built manually in spreadsheets, pulling data from multiple systems. The process took hours and was prone to errors.
The client also needed to give corporate buyers a dedicated portal where they could track orders, request quotes, and manage their purchase history — without calling a sales rep for every update.
Our approach
A platform built around the sales workflow
We started by mapping the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed contract — and identified every point where manual work slowed things down. Then we designed a system that automates the repetitive parts while giving the sales team full control over pricing and configurations.
Integration with the client's existing ERP and CRM was non-negotiable. We built a robust API layer that keeps inventory, pricing, and client data in sync across all systems in real time.
